John Durant of makes the case for the paleolithic diet on The Colbert Report.

In addition to explaining how humans are healthier and happier when they eat like hunters and gatherers, Durant also introduces a mainstream audience to the natural movement/evolutionary fitness philosophy of organizations like MovNat and Exuberant Animal.
